Order Processing

All orders are processed within up to 3 weeks of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take additional time. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75 AUD. Orders under $75 AUD will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries. International orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks from the date of dispatch. Please note that international shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery — these are not included in our shipping rates and are beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
