1. General Terms

These Terms govern the use of SUNDÈN's website, products, coaching services, educational programmes, events and digital resources. By purchasing or booking, you agree to the applicable terms, subject to Australian law. Nothing excludes rights protected by the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Products and Services

SUNDÈN provides apparel, accessories, books, gifts, educational resources, workshops, advocacy programmes and trauma-informed coaching. Products and services are subject to their advertised descriptions, prices and availability.

3. Coaching Scope and Disclaimer

Our trauma-informed coaching focuses on personal development, self-worth, identity, boundaries, confidence, emotional awareness and understanding unhealthy relationship patterns.

Coaching is educational and supportive. It is not psychotherapy, clinical counselling, psychological treatment, medical care, legal advice or crisis intervention. The title Trauma Coach does not represent registration as a psychologist or clinical counsellor. We do not diagnose mental health conditions or guarantee particular outcomes. Clients requiring specialist treatment may be referred to qualified professionals.

4. Eligibility and Client Responsibilities

Individual coaching is intended for adults aged 18 and older. Clients must provide accurate booking information, participate respectfully and make their own decisions. SUNDÈN may decline or discontinue services that fall outside its scope or cannot safely be provided, subject to law and contractual obligations.

5. Bookings and Payments

Session fees, duration, format and payment arrangements are communicated before booking. Clients are responsible for attending agreed appointments or requesting changes.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling — 24 Hours

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session by emailing info@sundenhouse.com or using the designated booking system.

Requests with less notice will be considered individually, including illness, emergencies and safety concerns. Late-cancellation or missed-session fees apply only where disclosed and agreed before booking. If SUNDÈN cancels, appropriate rescheduling or refund arrangements will be offered under applicable law. Consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Confidentiality

Private coaching disclosures are handled respectfully and confidentially, subject to lawful exceptions. Detailed coaching notes and recordings are not routinely retained without appropriate permission unless required or authorised by law. Booking, payment and correspondence records may still be retained. Clients must not record sessions without permission. Identifiable client stories will not be used for marketing without consent.

8. Safety and Professional Boundaries

SUNDÈN does not provide emergency domestic violence intervention, crisis counselling or individual danger assessments. Clients should seek qualified specialist assistance for safety concerns. For immediate danger in Australia, call 000. For domestic, family and sexual violence support, contact 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732 or visit www.1800respect.org.au.

9. Physical Products and Delivery

Products are subject to availability, descriptions, prices and delivery arrangements. Customers should review sizing, specifications and shipping details before purchasing. Delivery issues are handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

10. Returns and Refunds

Physical product returns and voluntary change-of-mind refunds are governed by SUNDÈN's separately published Refund Policy applicable at purchase. No new return period or exclusions are created by these Terms. All products and services remain subject to Australian Consumer Law guarantees and applicable remedies. No blanket no-refunds statement overrides statutory rights.

11. Digital Products and Educational Resources

Digital guides, books, workbooks and educational resources are for permitted personal use unless otherwise licensed. Unauthorised commercial reproduction or resale is prohibited except where allowed by law. Educational information does not replace professional advice.

12. Workshops and TikTok LIVE Events

SUNDÈN may provide educational events on healing, relationships, parenting, equality and gender-based violence prevention. Public discussions are not confidential coaching or therapy. Participants should avoid public disclosure of identifying or sensitive information. Recording arrangements will be disclosed where relevant, and promotional use of identifiable contributions requires appropriate permission.

13. Community Conduct

Threats, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, exploitation, disclosure of private information without authority and encouragement of violence are prohibited. SUNDÈN may lawfully moderate content or restrict participation where reasonably necessary.

14. Child Safeguarding

Adult coaching is not intended for children. Separate programmes involving minors must meet applicable consent, screening, supervision and safeguarding requirements. Parental consent does not replace statutory obligations.

15. Intellectual Property

SUNDÈN's original branding, publications, designs and educational content are protected by intellectual property laws. Purchases do not transfer intellectual property ownership. Unauthorised commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited except as permitted by law.

16. International Participants

SUNDÈN operates from Western Australia. International orders may involve additional shipping, customs or taxes. Overseas coaching depends on applicable laws and service suitability, and may be declined where appropriate compliance cannot be established.

17. Liability and Consumer Protection

SUNDÈN aims to provide products and services with reasonable care and skill. No particular healing or personal outcome is guaranteed. Nothing excludes or limits rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable Western Australian and Commonwealth laws, subject to mandatory legal protections. Customers may contact SUNDÈN with concerns and retain the right to access regulators, tribunals and courts.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and publish revisions. Changes do not retrospectively remove existing statutory rights.
