YOUR SAFETY MATTERS. YOU DESERVE SUPPORT.

At SUNDÈN, we believe everyone deserves to live free from abuse, intimidation, coercion and violence.

Our mission centres on women's healing and empowerment, children's protection, healthier relationships and the prevention of gender-based violence.

We recognise that some visitors may be experiencing domestic violence, emotional abuse, coercive control, sexual violence, trauma or threats. You deserve support regardless of your gender, age, background or circumstances.

You do not need to wait until violence becomes physical to seek assistance.

1. IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

SUNDÈN provides trauma-informed coaching, educational resources, advocacy and empowerment activities.

We are not an emergency response service, domestic violence shelter, clinical mental health provider or crisis counselling service.

Our website, email, social media accounts and coaching services are not continuously monitored as emergency helplines.

Do not rely on SUNDÈN for immediate crisis assistance. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services in their country.

If you are located elsewhere, contact local emergency services, domestic violence specialists or recognised crisis organisations in your country.

Local services are best placed to explain available emergency assistance, legal protections, shelters and specialist referrals.

SUNDÈN cannot provide emergency intervention internationally.

5. RECOGNISING ABUSE

Abuse is not always physical.

It may involve threats, intimidation, financial control, social isolation, humiliation, sexual coercion, surveillance, restricting independence or threats involving children, pets and immigration status.

If you are uncertain about your safety, specialist domestic violence services can help you understand your options.

Responsibility for abuse always belongs to the person choosing abusive behaviour.

6. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING LEAVING

Leaving an abusive relationship can involve serious safety, financial, housing, family and legal concerns.

Separation can increase danger in some abusive relationships.

You should not be pressured to confront an abusive person or leave without considering your circumstances.

A specialist domestic violence service can discuss personalised safety planning, accommodation, legal options and available assistance.

7. DIGITAL SAFETY

If another person may monitor your phone, internet activity, location or messages, consider contacting support through a safer device or trusted service.

Deleting browsing history does not always remove evidence of activity.

Shared accounts, messages, call records and location-sharing services may reveal attempts to seek help.

Avoid posting private addresses, children's identities or safety-related details in public comments.

8. CHILDREN'S SAFETY

Children have the right to protection from abuse, neglect, exploitation and violence.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

For other concerns, contact the appropriate child protection authority or children's helpline.

SUNDÈN does not investigate allegations or provide statutory child protection services.

Any disclosure raising child protection concerns will be considered in accordance with applicable safeguarding and legal reporting obligations.

9. SUNDÈN COACHING AND EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT

SUNDÈN provides non-clinical, trauma-informed coaching and education focused on identity, confidence, self-worth, boundaries, emotional awareness and recognising unhealthy relationship patterns.

Our coaching is not psychological treatment, clinical counselling, legal advice or emergency crisis intervention.

We do not diagnose conditions or provide individual domestic violence danger assessments.

Where appropriate, we may recommend seeking qualified specialist support.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

We respect the privacy and dignity of individuals contacting SUNDÈN.

However, email, social media comments and online platforms cannot be guaranteed confidential or continuously monitored.

Private coaching information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Coaching Agreement.

Confidentiality may be limited by legal obligations, including certain serious threats to safety and relevant child protection requirements.

Please do not use website forms or general enquiries for urgent crisis disclosures.

11. SUPPORTING SOMEONE ELSE

If someone discloses abuse, listen without judgement.

Do not blame them, pressure them to leave immediately or make decisions on their behalf.

Encourage contact with specialist services and respect their dignity and choices.

Avoid confronting an alleged perpetrator without appropriate professional safety guidance.

If immediate danger exists, contact emergency services.
